"I appreciate all the effort in trying to resolve this – although a solution was not found it was not for lack of trying a million solutions. Thomson Reuters was no help whatsoever, which I felt like was part of the issue. Thanks for all the hard work – let’s hope the workaround of saving and closing works for 99.9% of the problem ;)"
